Direct Contact Heater (DCH) is designed for transferring the latent and sensible heat. This is designed to resist the blocking caused due to solids and allow free flow downwards through the heater. As there are no perforated plates, this ensures non-clogging features. Designed using high-grade stainless steel body, this ensures to make the contact in hot and cold streams without separating the wall. This Direct Contact Heater (DCH) is simple and economical in design widely used with heavily fouling fluids, spray chambers, spray columns and packed columns are used.
